By creating an account or using LedgerLegends ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

LedgerLegends is an educational game designed to make accounting concepts more approachable. It is not a substitute for professional accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice. Do not make real financial decisions based solely on gameplay content.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time from More → Settings → Delete Account.

Some features use artificial intelligence to extract invoice details, categorize transactions, create forecasts and scenarios, or generate recommendations and email drafts. AI output and simulator results may be incomplete or inaccurate. Review all output before using it, and do not rely on it as professional accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice.

You are responsible for the information, documents, and other content you enter or upload. Only provide content you have the right and authority to use. LedgerLegends processes that content to operate the features you request as described in our Privacy Policy.

Virtual currency, XP, rewards, businesses, and items earned or created in the game are virtual goods only. They have no real-world monetary value, are not currency, cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or exchanged for cash or cryptocurrency, and may be reset, rebalanced, or removed as part of normal game operation.

You agree not to: cheat or exploit bugs; use bots or automation to gain rewards; attempt to access another user's data; reverse-engineer or abuse the Service; disrupt its operation; or use it for any unlawful purpose.

You may not upload or transmit content that is unlawful, infringing, harassing, or otherwise prohibited. LedgerLegends software, branding, educational challenges, and other Service content are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Updates may change features, balance, or progression. We are not liable for loss of virtual items due to service changes, account deletion, or technical issues beyond our control.

We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the Service or other users, investigate abuse, comply with law, or enforce these Terms. Where appropriate, we may provide notice or an opportunity to correct the issue.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and without warranties of uninterrupted availability or error-free results. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of it. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision.
